After graduating and receiving his certification he joined the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors. and also he became Licensed with BC's Consumer Protection. An educated and informed client represents a job well done! - Ashley
For many buyers, a home inspection isn’t just about the here and now; it’s about planning for the future. The inspection report gives insight into the home’s current condition and provides a road map for future maintenance.
Knowing when major system like the roof or HVAC will need replacement allows buyers to budget accordingly. For example, if the roof has five years of life left, the buyer can prepare for a replacement and adjust their financial plans.
Similarly, having an inspection helps you identify small issues before they turn into major complications. For example: A slow dripping pipe tucked away under the kitchen sink, isn't necessarily a complicated fix and can be resolved easily. However a slow leaking pipe that hasn't been fixed could lead to substantial hidden damage.
Every inspection is conducted prioritizing a "customer-centric" approach.
We believe transparency shouldn't be limited to just our inspections. To improve and build on customer trust, we personally maintain:
Customer satisfaction is the pinnacle of any professional service based company. Your experiences are incredibly valuable and important to us, it helps us continue to grow our company as a trusted provider. - Robert
The Home Inspection process is designed to uncover the unknown or hidden aspects of a homes health. A licensed and qualified professional thoroughly examining the home knows what to look for and how to asses severity/ associated risks.
Home inspections, when conducted thoroughly, can reveal hidden issues such as:
If you've purchase a home without a proper inspection; you could be running risks on multiple levels
Potential risks or hazardous exposures can be very consequential. Let us take the guess work out of the equation!
Safety and home health are a top priority to us. We strongly urge and recommended to our clients not be mislead by temping "Cost friendly or do it yourself repairs or tests".
Although temping, when it comes to health hazards or environmental exposures, the consequences are never worth the risk.
If suspected health/ safety concerns are discovered, it's always best to air on the side of caution big or small. Our motto is "It's always best to professionally test!" What looks like a simple water mark or suspect stain of sorts could actually be something entirely different and likely of an unpleasant nature.
When potential environmental hazards are identified, such as:
and more
We will work with our clients to get them in contact with the appropriate licensed and trained professionals should any testing be recommended.
It is our firm belief when health and safety comes into question, we advise clients to hire specialists trained in the specific issues of their respective fields.- The Total Team
Not all home inspectors are the same, each one brings a level of expertise and experience to the table. When searching for a quality home inspector, it can be challenging because many share similar accreditations.
So how exactly can you spot a quality home inspector?
We start by encouraging our customers to look towards the fundamentals in which a home inspector has started from. Any skilled or quality inspector should have fundamental experience in the home industry not just accreditations or licensing.
Our advantage comes from our collective back grounds. Fully equipped with years of generational construction and restoration knowledge. Before we began inspecting homes, we were building, renovating, and repairing them across BCs coast.

We meticulously examine all aspects of a home, from it's foundation to it's roof, ensuring our customers understand the homes current condition and its potential maintenance / repair /replacement needs.
